By accessing or using the Warrior Mind Reset application ("App") provided by Pete's Coaching and Consulting ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

The Warrior Mind Reset is a self-coaching tool designed for mental performance training. The App provides guided exercises, breathing protocols, thought reframing techniques, and progress tracking to help users manage anxiety responses.

3. User Accounts

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Copy, modify, or distribute the App's content without permission
• Use the App to harm, harass, or exploit others
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, methodologies, exercises, and software—are owned by Pete's Coaching and Consulting and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. Health Disclaimer

The App is intended for general wellness and personal development purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental health condition.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or a medical emergency, please seek professional help immediately. Contact emergency services (911 in the US), a crisis hotline, or go to your nearest emergency room.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new wellness program, especially if you have existing mental health conditions or concerns.

7. Updates and Changes

We continuously improve the Warrior Mind Reset app. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time
• We welcome your feedback to improve the experience
• We may contact you about new features or updates
• Service availability may vary during maintenance periods
• We reserve the right to modify access levels at any time

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PETE'S COACHING AND CONSULTING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pete's Coaching and Consulting, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
